How to install

    Download the installer

    On Windows, use the .exe for a standard installation or the .msi if you manage machines through policy. On Linux, pick the .deb or .rpm for your distribution.

  2. 02

    Run the file

    On Windows, if SmartScreen shows a warning, confirm the publisher is ALCSYTECH and continue. On Linux, install it with your package manager or with dpkg -i / rpm -i.

  3. 03

    Sign in

    Use your ALCSYTECH account. The app syncs with the cloud platform.

Is the app free?

Yes. It installs with the free ALCSYTECH plan; additional users and modules are billed according to the plan you enable.

How does it update?

The app checks for updates on startup and notifies you when a new version is available.

Do I need an internet connection?

Yes. The app runs against the cloud platform so everything stays in sync across devices.

How do I uninstall it?

On Windows, go to Settings > Apps > ALCSYTECH > Uninstall. On Linux, remove the package with your distribution's package manager (for example apt remove or dnf remove). Your data stays in your account.

Why does Windows show a warning?

New installers may trigger SmartScreen while they build reputation. Verify the SHA-256 hash published on this page before running the file.
